Terms of service

The general terms for using this website. Project-specific terms are confirmed in the written scope and quote.

01

About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the Luado Digital website. They are written in plain language so visitors can understand what the website does and the conditions that apply when using it.

They do not replace the written scope, quote or service agreement accepted for a client project. If project-specific documents conflict with this page, the accepted project documents apply to that project.

02

Website information and enquiries

Package descriptions, prices and timelines on this website are practical starting points. A final scope, price, payment schedule and delivery plan are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Submitting an enquiry or application does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. A project begins only after the written project terms have been accepted and any stated starting requirements have been met.

03

Project scope and changes

The pages, features, content responsibilities, review rounds and delivery items for a project are defined in its written scope.

Requests outside that scope may affect the price or timeline. Any additional work is discussed and confirmed before it is carried out.

04

Information and materials you provide

You are responsible for making sure that business information, claims, images, logos and other material you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them.

Project timing may depend on receiving agreed content, feedback and access. Never send passwords, banking details, PINs or one-time pins through a website form.

05

Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Luado Digital name, branding, website copy, layouts and original visual material on this website belong to Luado Digital.

You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, resell or present the website content as your own without written permission.

06

Third-party services

Projects may use third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, payment gateways, plugins, analytics or email tools. Those providers operate under their own terms, pricing and availability.

Where a third-party service is needed, its role and any separate ongoing cost should be identified in the written project scope or quote.

07

Results and availability

Luado Digital does not guarantee search rankings, enquiries, sales, revenue or a particular commercial result. A website is one part of a business and its performance depends on factors outside the build itself.

Reasonable care is taken to keep this website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

08

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material or use its forms for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.

09

Privacy and cookies

Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in the Privacy policy. When analytics or advertising tracking is enabled it loads automatically; visitors can block or delete its cookies through their browser settings without affecting access to the website.

10

Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated when the website or services change. The current version and update date are published on this page.

These website terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing on this page removes any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
